題目：到底我該不該當代理孕母

代理孕母是複雜的倫理議題，我也沒有能力做詳細的探討。
有篇文章，比較詳細講述相關的問題。
『代理孕母』（張立明醫師）

張醫師是信仰純正的福音派基督徒醫師，而且專攻醫學倫理。
有興趣的弟兄姊妹，可以自行去研讀張醫師這篇文章。
我在此只簡單列出該文章的大綱：

張醫師的結論，就是『不贊成代理孕母』。
「因為代孕安排傾向將人商品化、物化，
又因其於法律、社會及心理上潛在的複雜性，
可見選擇代理孕母作為生育選項之一是不明智的。」
他唯一贊成的例外情形是這種：
「唯一例外的情況是女性出於對生命的憐愛，
自願拯救將被毀棄的冷凍胚胎，將之放入自己的子宮長成嬰孩。
如果動機純正，她的行為就是出於愛的犧牲，應受肯定。」
但因為這種狀況很少見，所以一般討論代理孕母議題時，
也不特別考慮此種狀況。
大致上，使用代理孕母的子宮的情形下，主要有兩大類：
1.提供卵子的代理孕母（代理孕母和胎兒有血緣關係）：
A.委託人丈夫的精子 + 代理孕母的卵子
B.其他人捐贈的精子 + 代理孕母的卵子
2.不提供卵子的代理孕母（代理孕母和胎兒無血緣關係）：
A.委託人丈夫的精子 + 委託人妻子的卵子
B.其他人捐贈的精子 + 委託人妻子的卵子
C.委託人丈夫的精子 + 其他人捐贈的卵子
D.其他人捐贈的精子 + 其他人捐贈的卵子
我們可以發現，每種狀況都不太一樣，
所以代理孕母是複雜的議題。
雖然，代理孕母和『領養』有些類似，
但我們無法簡單把二者劃上等號。
假使那麼容易劃上等號，那麼，法律上也不會那麼困難與爭議，
更別提更複雜涉及道德的倫理領域了。
另外，代理孕母和『捐血、器官捐贈』也有些類似，
但一樣的，我們也無法簡單把二者劃上等號。
畢竟，代理孕母涉及的是『子宮』（甚至卵子）這種生殖領域，
不是一般的血液、器官。
而且，代理孕母幾乎都有涉及金錢這種所謂「利益交換」在其中，
不是純粹非關金錢的捐贈。
那麼，基督徒對於代理孕母議題的正確立場呢？
這時，我們就要來看ICCP信仰宣言了。
ICCP信仰宣言，是集合世界數十個國家的福音派神學家，共同制定的信仰宣言，
目的是讓基督徒面對這世代的各種重大議題，能有可依循的原則。
身為基督徒，面對這複雜的世界，我們唯一的信仰準則，就是聖經。
但因我們聖經未必很熟，也未必正確解讀，
所以，在過去的世代，面對教會中、社會中各種重大影響基督徒的議題，
信經、信條，發揮很大的功用，使基督徒能有正確的準則來面對挑戰。
信經、信條，就是眾教會、眾聖徒（不是個人）一起努力從『全本聖經』中，
針對某些爭議議題，整理出來的聖經教導。
特別是經得起歷世歷代眾聖徒反覆用全本聖經檢驗的信經、信條，
更是我們持守純正信仰的重大參考。
到目前為止，我依然必須承認，ICCP信仰宣言的某些條文，我還是看不太懂。
但看得懂的部份，以我個人才疏學淺的能力、有限的聖經知識，
我依然認為，ICCP信仰宣言講述的東西，是經得起全本聖經檢驗的，
準確度比個別神學家、牧師、、、講的更合全本聖經。
ICCP信仰宣言有很多主題，關於生命倫理部份，
主要是主題二十二『人類生命神聖』。
在此，我簡單講ICCP信仰宣言對代理孕母的結論：
1. 不得使用丈夫與妻子以外的精子或卵子
2. 出租子宮當代理孕母不合聖經
以下，我整理出相關條文。
對條文內容，就不再講解（因為有些我也不是很懂）。
ICCP關於生命倫理的主題，沒有中文版，所以我只能自行翻譯成中文。

另外，為精簡篇幅與集中焦點，條文中不相關部份，我就直接刪減。
ICCP 主題二十二『人類生命神聖』
一、第六條『生命的上帝計畫與神意管理』
God’s plan and providential control of life
我們確認：
上帝是人類生命終極的給予者與擁有者，因此祂自己單獨就能決定與授權合法的方式來使人類生命誕生。
We affirm that: God is the ultimate giver and owner of human life,
and therefore He alone can determine and delegate the lawful means for bringing new human life into existence.
我們進一步確認：
上帝打開或關閉子宮，因此主動介入受孕過程，
並且孩子是從上帝來的禮物。
We further affirm that God opens and closes the womb and thus is active in the conception process,
and that children are a gift from God.
我們否認：
新生命的形成，或是對人類生命的控制，屬於人類意願想怎樣做就怎樣做，
獨立於上帝寫下的律法之外。
We deny that the forming of new life, or that the control over human beings,
belongs to man to do as he wishes, independent from God’s written law-Word.
我們進一步否認：
形成一個新的人類生命的過程，可以使用丈夫或妻子以外的精子或卵子。
We further deny that the formation of a new human life should introduce seed or eggs beyond that of the husband or wife.
二、第七條『上帝對於時空宇宙以及所有歷史的絕對主權』
God’s absolute sovereignty over the time-space universe and over all history
我們確認：
上帝運作一切事物，是根據祂的主權、全智、以及全知的計畫。
We affirm that God works all things according to His sovereign, all-wise, and all-comprehensive plan.
我們進一步確認（雖然我們未必知道原因）：
上帝的計畫，包括身體與智能缺陷、使人虛弱的疾病、災難、、、、、。
We further affirm that (though we may not understand why) God’s plan includes physical and mental defects, debilitating diseases, calamities, 、、、、、
我們進一步確認：
上帝有其對人類苦難的美好目的，並且給人恩典去忍受苦難，
而且苦難絕非毫無意義。
We further affirm that God has His own good purposes for human suffering, and gives people grace to endure it, and that suffering is never meaningless.
我們否認：
任何事或任何人是在上帝主權計畫以及神意管理之外。
We deny that anything or anyone is outside the scope of God’s sovereign plan and providential control.
三、第九條『管理職責：一個人的身體與靈魂屬於上帝，而不是屬於個人』
Stewardship: A person’s body and soul belong to God, not to the person
我們確認：
人是上帝創造的，他們全人---包括身體和靈魂----都屬於上帝。
We affirm that people are God’s creation, and they belong to Him in their entirety—bodies and souls.
我們進一步確認：
既然我們是屬於神的，那麼就無人有權力去為他自己活或死。
We further affirm that, since we are the Lord’s, no one has a right to live or die to himself.
我們否認：
一個人的身體屬於他自己，並且人有權使用這身體去做任何他意願想做的事。
We deny that a person’s body belongs to oneself, and that one has a right to do with it whatever one wishes.
四、第十條『人類知識是有限的』
Human knowledge is finite
我們確認：
因為人的知識是有限的，所以離開了聖經，就沒有邏輯上協合一致的倫理標準，

We affirm that, because man’s knowledge is finite, apart from the Bible, there is no logically coherent standard for ethics 、、、
我們進一步確認：
有限的人類知識，伴隨著人類心思與意志的墮落，不適格去控制生命以及去發展人類的更高形式。
We further affirm that finite human knowledge, coupled with the depravity of the human mind and will, is incompetent to control life and to develop a superior form of humanity.
我們否認：
人從他自己開始，有權力、心智或道德的勝任力，可以去發展他自己的倫理標準、去控制生命、、、、
We deny that man, starting from himself, has the right, or the mental or moral competence, to develop his own ethical standards, to control life、、、
我們進一步否認：
人們、、、可以知道所有上帝許可受苦的目的。
We further deny that people 、、、, or that they can know all of God’s purposes in allowing suffering.
五、第十一條『對所有人類的倫理規範』
Normative ethics for all humans
我們確認：
透過聖經，上帝對人類顯露祂絕對的倫理；
聖經的倫理與原則，不管什麼時候，均約束所有人、所有地方。
We affirm that God reveals His absolute ethics to man through the Bible and that the Bible’s ethics and principles are binding upon everyone, everywhere, for all time.
我們否認：
倫理是相對的；
倫理或許是被個人地、文化地、實用地或統計上來決定的。
We deny that ethics is relative and that ethics may be personally, culturally, pragmatically or statistically determined.
我們進一步否認：
因為人有科學和技術上的能力去做某事，所以對人而言，去做這事就是必要地且道德上正確的。
We further deny that, because man is scientifically and technologically able to do something, it is necessarily morally right for him to do so.
六、第十九條『非致命的違反人類生命的神聖性』
Non-lethal violations of the sanctity of human life
我們確認：
優生學（現已擴展到精子銀行、捐贈者的人工受精、代理孕母、試管嬰兒、基因工程、、、）是對人類生命神聖的違反。
We affirm that eugenics[ (now expanded through the technologies and use of sperm banks, artificial insemination by donor, surrogate mothers, in vitro fertilization, genetic engineering,、、、 etc.) is a violation of the sanctity of human life.
我們進一步確認：
不合聖經地買或賣人類，包括：
為製造人類胚胎而買或賣人類精子或人類卵子；
女性出租她的子宮以做為代理孕母；
全屬非致命性的對人類生命神聖的違反。
We further affirm that:

Unbiblical buying and selling human beings, including:
、、、Buying or selling human sperm or human eggs for the purpose of producing human embryos;
A woman renting her womb as a surrogate mother;

我們否認：
任一上述行為，能被聖經判定為正當。
